What counts as a "unique space" project?
Anything that isn't a standard closet, pantry, or garage. That includes mudrooms and drop zones, laundry rooms, entryways, entertainment and media walls, craft and hobby rooms, window seats, and under-stair storage. If a room has an odd shape, an awkward corner, or a specific job to do, it's exactly the kind of project we design from scratch.
How much does a custom built-in cost in Delaware?
Because every unique space is different, there's no flat price — a single bench-and-cubby mudroom is a smaller project than a full media wall or a fitted laundry room. Size, materials, and features all factor in. We don't quote from a generic list; you'll get a detailed, fixed quote during your free in-home consultation once we've measured the space and understood the goal.
Can you build into an angled or under-stair space?
Yes — those are some of our favorite projects. Sloped under-stair spaces and angled walls are usually wasted because stock furniture can't fit them. We measure the exact angle and build cabinets, drawers, or a tucked-away nook to follow the line, so even the low or awkward end becomes genuinely usable storage.
Do you build entertainment and media centers?
We do. We design built-in media walls and entertainment centers with concealed wiring, ventilated component storage, and display shelving sized around your room and your TV. The result is a finished, furniture-grade feature wall instead of a freestanding stand and a tangle of cables.

Yes — every custom built-in we install carries a lifetime residential warranty on the system and hardware. We've been building in Delaware since 2005, so the warranty is backed by a local company you can actually reach if you ever need us.
